Zack Greinke struck out eight in seven good work innings to lead Arizona in a 6-2 Saturday win over the Colorado Rockies, ending the Diamondbacks’ three-game losing streak.
Greinke (10-4) allowed two runs and three hits, one of Trevor Story’s two-run homer with two outs in the top of the seventh that reduced his lead to one run. However, the Diamondbacks scored three in the bottom of the inning to regain control of the game.

David Peralta added two doubles and drove in two for the Diamondbacks, who have not lost more than three straight games this season.
The Rockies lost their ninth game of 10, one night after cutting their eight-game losing streak. Tyler Chatwood (6-9) worked through to seventh, but allowed four earned runs and seven hits, striking out six with three innings.
